Our Team Building Process is designed to help participants optimize their strengths when communicating with each other. We begin by using personal assessment tools, which enables an individual to learn about them self and others, as well as how to communicate more effectively. This process provides each team member with knowledge of various styles, their needs and desires, difficulties with others, their major abilities and effective methods for motivating and persuading one another. There is a two to four hour follow up session designed to assure knowledge gained is being applied in the daily work environment.
